Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AnnaChef's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

6. Service Booking and Cancellation

6.1 Booking Confirmation

All service bookings are subject to confirmation by AnnaChef. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

  • One-time meals: 24 hours notice required for full refund
  • Weekly/Monthly plans: 7 days notice required for cancellation
  • Cancellations without proper notice may result in forfeiture of payment

7. Payment Terms

Payment must be made as per the agreed terms. All prices include GST. Additional charges may apply for special requests or out-of-area services. We accept payments through various methods as specified on our website.

8. Cook Assignment and Replacement

AnnaChef reserves the right to assign or replace cooks based on availability and customer preferences. In case of cook unavailability, we will provide advance notice and offer alternative arrangements.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about dietary preferences and allergies
  • Ensure kitchen access and necessary facilities for the cook
  • Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly

10. Limitation of Liability

AnnaChef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, even if AnnaChef has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Modifications to Terms

AnnaChef may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
